At MediMan, we strive to ensure transparency and satisfaction in every interaction within our Telehealth platform. Below are the details of our return policy, applicable to all transactions made for consultations:
Consultation Fees
- Fees for consultations are set by individual doctors and may be subject to changes by the doctor.
- MediMan charges a nominal service fee (“MediMan Fee”) for facilitating consultations, which is added to the consultation cost.
Transaction Charges
- A 3% transaction charge is applied to payments made through credit cards to refill the patient wallet within the MediMan platform.
Wallet System
- Patients are encouraged to refill their wallets with a sufficient balance to cover future consultations. Funds in the wallet can be used to book consultations but cannot be refunded to a bank account or credit card.
- If the wallet balance is insufficient, patients will be prompted to refill their wallet using their credit cards.
Cancellation and Refunds
Doctor Cancellation
- If a doctor cancels a consultation, the full amount paid will be immediately refunded to the patient’s wallet.
Patient Cancellation
- More than 24 hours before the appointment: Full refund to the wallet.
- 12 to 24 hours before the appointment: 50% refund to the wallet.
- 6 to 12 hours before the appointment: 25% refund to the wallet.
- Less than 6 hours before the appointment: No refund.
This policy ensures that funds remain within the MediMan ecosystem, enabling their use for future medical consultations while maintaining operational efficiency and service integrity. Refunds will not be processed for withdrawal as cash.
