MediMan is free on the App Store and Google Play.

Create your account
Sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code.

Choose a health tool
Start with the Health Passport, a medicine reminder or your emergency profile.

Do one useful thing
Add one report or set one reminder. That is enough to begin.
Booking a consultation

Choose a doctor
See their specialty, the languages they speak and their fee.

Pick a time
Choose from the times the doctor has opened.

Confirm and pay
Choose who the appointment is for, and see the full price before you pay.

Join the call
Join the video or audio call from the app at your appointment time.

Afterwards
Find the doctor’s notes, and any prescription, in the app.
Instant token sessions
In development. This is how it will work when it is released.
A token is a place in the queue, not a fixed time. Instant means a session opened today, not that there is no wait.

A doctor opens a session for today.

Get your token
After you pay, you receive the next queue number.

Follow the queue
See which token the doctor is seeing now.

Join when called
Join the call when your number comes up.
If something goes wrong
If a call fails or an appointment cannot go ahead, contact support from the app. Refunds for cancelled consultations go to your MediMan wallet.
MediMan is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital.
