Refunds and cancellations
This page explains the refund rules in the MediMan Terms and Conditions (effective 4 November 2025) in plain words. If anything here differs from the Terms, the Terms apply.
If you cancel
Cancel in the app. How much of the consultation fee comes back depends on how early you cancel.

| 12 to 24 hours | 50% |
| 6 to 12 hours | 25% |
| Less than 6 hours, or you do not join | No refund |
If your doctor cancels
You always get the full fee back. If the doctor cancels late, you also get a credit.

| 6 to 9 hours | Full refund and LKR 20 credit |

If you reschedule

Where refunds go
Refunds and credits are added to your MediMan wallet in the app, and you can use them for your next consultation.
The app works out the refund automatically when you cancel. If something looks wrong, contact support from the app or email support@mediman.life.
