Doctors’ information
Doctors join MediMan after our team reviews their Medical Council registration and identity documents. Each profile shows their role, experience, the languages they speak and their fee. Doctors are independent professionals, and medical decisions are theirs.
What care costs
The app and its personal health tools are free. Consultations are paid, and you see the full price before you pay. Refunds for cancelled consultations go to your MediMan wallet.
Your health information
You decide what health information to add. Adding it is optional, and you can edit or delete it at any time. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Family profiles
Add family members only with their permission, or as a parent or guardian. Each person’s information stays in their own profile.
The limits of online care
MediMan is not an emergency service. Online consultations suit many everyday concerns, but not emergencies or problems that need an examination in person.
Your account and data
Delete your account in the app or on our website, and ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it.
